Sugared Rosemary & Cranberry Cocktail Garnish Video

It’s easy to make a stunning garnish for the top of a cocktail

Firstly, make a sugar syrup by combining 1 cup water and 1 cup white/granulated sugar in a saucepan. Stir and dissolve over high heat. Pour into a heatproof bowl to cool.

Meanwhile, wash some small sprigs of fresh rosemary and some fresh cranberries and dry well.

Tip ½ cup caster sugar onto a plate and, working gently, dip the rosemary sprigs and cranberries into the cooled sugar syrup, then in the caster sugar and place on a rack to dry out.

Use to decorate a cocktail or even a fruit cake! Here are some recipes you can use this garnish with: –
