Planning your weekly meals has numerous advantages, from saving money and avoiding wastage to saving time, de-stressing your week, maintaining good nutrition and removing impulsive food choices.Here is a template for you to plan three meals a day with the whole week on view. A few more tips for your weekly meal planning: –
· Start by purchasing protein choices that are available on special/reduced and freeze immediately. Use these proteins for the following week’s meal plan, then purchase more each week for the following week. This ensures you are making use of the cheapest proteins and gives you a place to start with your planning.

· Write your shopping list carefully according to your meal planner and include quantities so you do not over-shop.
